Join Biggin Runways Festive Fancy Dress Fun Run - a 3k run, sponsored by The Black Horse, Biggin Hill, to raise funds for The Chartwell Cancer Trust.

There will be prizes for the best fancy dress and other spot prizes on the day. A medal for each registered participant and a samosa and hot drink at the end of the run.

Release and waiver

Children must be aged over four to take part, all under 11s must be within arm’s reach of a parent, guardian or other designated adult of the parents’ choice to take part, there must be one adult per child participant. Running whilst carrying a child of any age (whether in a front or back baby carrier/harness, in your arms, or your shoulders or piggyback) is not permitted during the event, as it poses a substantial safety risk. Walking whilst carrying a baby or child is permitted as long as thier safety and welfare is not compromised.

I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able. I also know that, although marshalls will be provided around the course, there could be traffic on the course route; therefore, I assume the risk of running in traffic. I also assume any other risks associated with running this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of weather and conditions of the road. I understand I am solely responsible for my own safety while traveling to and from or participating in this event. Knowing these facts and inconsideration of your acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might sue on my behalf covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge the sponsors or contributors to this event, any race officials and volunteers from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of, or in the course of my participation.The release form and waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, forseen and unforseen, known and unknown. The undersigned further grants full permission to use any photographs in the public domain. Minors will be accepted with a parent’s signature.

Submitting your registration form acts as your agreement to the above release and waiver.
